Comcast has got its PR work cut out for it after an annoyed customer service rep changed a customer's name to "BITCH DOG" in the company's computer system. When 25 year old LaChania Govan from Elgin, Illinois got her August bill, she was not pleased. "I was like you got to be freaking kidding me," said Govan, 25. "I was so mad I couldn't even cuss." She called the press, and the story was picked up by The New York Times and The Chicago Tribune amongst others.
