I just found a copy of this commercial online, and I've got to tell you, I'm loving it. If you were alive through the 80s, you will likely remember this. (click for video)
When I brought this up, a co-worker brought up another commercial which I don't really remember, but can certainly appreciate: Mr. Microphone. Hey, good lookin'! We'll be back to pick you up later! (click for video)
Lastly, a commercial I could only find the audio from, but you'll remember this. Ancient Chinese Secret, huh?

I found the Mr Yuk commercial. Kinda sounds like TMBG's Edison Museum.

The problem with Mr. Yuk was all the kids wanted the stickers, so they'd try to go poking thru the chemicals to find them.

Ahh, Freedom Rock, the soundtrack of my youth. So many of those K-Tel collections looked so good in the commercial. I wonder if they were any good once they arrived.
My favorite was always the ring around the collar one where the dude was showing his mom his crappy little one room apartment.
"I've got my own kitchen, my own bedroom-"
"And your very own ring around the collar!"
