Eighties Movie Theme Song Quiz

October 19, 2010 -

It's been an awful long time since I've done a quiz on this site. I figure it's time. This time, I'm going to give you the first verse of the song from an eighties movie. You try to guess the song and the movie.

  1. Call me. Call me by my name or call my by my number. You put me through it. I'll still be doing it the way I do it.
  2. Can you read my mind? Do you know what it is you do to me?
  3. Rising up back on the street. Did my time, took my chances.
  4. Tell me doctor, where are we going this time? Is this the fifties, or 1999?
  5. There's no time for us, there's no place for us. What is this thing that builds our dreams yet slips away from us?
  6. Tonight it's very clear, 'cause we're both lying here. There's so many thing I want to say.
  7. Turn around, look at what you see. In her face, the mirror of your dreams.
  8. Won't you come see about me? I'll be alone - dancing - you know it, baby.
