I first wrote about Patricia Santangelo years ago, when she first decided to face the RIAA rather than settling, as was the trend at the time. Now, it seems she has finally won, having agreed to dismiss the RIAA's case with prejudice only after having assured that she can go back after them in court to have them pay the legal fees she incurred in her defense. Personally, I hope that the RIAA's massive legal battle against America proves to be its worst move ever.
